At 5^o clock on September 11^TH our eldest gilt Hilda gave birth to her third litter of pure-bred Oxford Sandy and Black piglets. After 3 hours, another 8 healthy piglets (5 boys and 3 girls) joined the Yorkshire Meats herd. Of these, all will be reared on the farm as rare-breed OSB weaners for our adopt-a-pig program.
