Currently we have 5 pedigree gilts and sows at Yorkshire Meats. We also have a wonderful boar called Jaspar who serves our gilts, and will hopefully be the father to a number of litters to come. All of our gilts are part of the Gertrude and Elsie so are very rare and crucial for keeping the breed alive.

Hilda pig (from the Gertrude line) has already had 3 litters of piglets (See the piglets page for more details). Elsie pig is currently in-pig and awaiting her 4th litter.

Jaspar pig is our pedigree boar whom we hire out - visit the boars page.
